Step One: Let me know you want a refund. If you just send the item back without letting me know, it makes a mess. So contact us in advance. When you do this, please also describe why you want the refund (even if it's "I don't want this item").

Step Two: I'll send you the return information. You'll ship it, and yes, you'll pay shipping.

Step Three: I get the item. If it was defective or damaged, I'll refund the cost of shipping it back to me. There's no reason you should have to pay anything if the item was defective.

Step Four: I'll double check the item to be sure you didn't break it, and that you included packaging, all that boring stuff. Assuming you played by the rules, I'll refund the purchase price, back to whatever method of payment you used.

The entire process takes about 5 business days from the day I receive the item from you.
